SB Shop opening London Fashion Week 2020 with an inclusive & diverse fashion show.
Last Friday to welcome LFW20, we celebrated emerging and sustainable London-based designers with a Catwalk Show and Networking Party with London Organic PR & Cocktails & Conversation at the historic National Liberal Club.
SB Shop had the honour to run the catwalk not only once but twice representing body diversity, which is not always seen in the fashion industry. Breaking down the barriers of fashion, we believe in equality and an inclusive world. We worked with a variety of “role models” on the runway who included Paralympians, a singer & an actress; each with their individual disabilities. All of them were empowered women representing Samanta Bullock’s vision: Inclusivity and diversity in the fashion industry. Because fashion is for all and representation matters to us.
Collaborating with designers all over the world, Samanta Bullock continues to focus on comfort and practicality, such as organic fabrics, items with more practical zippers, waist-high trousers and clothes for all sizes. In this fashion show we featured the following brands: Caroline London, Dear Ocean, BeKoffee (jewellery), Peter Twiss, Amaella Lingerie, Auf Augenhoehe, Paulo Bordhin (jewellery), Mental (jewellery), Cultiva Clothing, Smart Adaptive Clothing, Contessina London (jewellery) and Rua Luja.
A big thank you to our incredible models Olivia Broome, Jotie Gata-Aura, Gü Dopran, Lily Mills, Kathleen Humberstone, Asa Marshall, Carly Houston and Sylvia Mac and the HMUA Renata Sari and Flávia Santonio.
