Hy guys, I am here again 🙂 with a short post this time 🙂
Many people think that once you’re in a wheelchair your life stops. I hope I’m living proof that, that is definitely WRONG!
Being in the UK means that everything you do which involves the great outdoors is weather dependent, so you have to take advantage of every little bit of sunshine available! One of the many things that I love to do when I visit my nieces is to play on the trampoline with them. We always have little contests as to who can jump the highest!
Of course I need a little bit of help getting up on to the trampoline, as it is quite high! But once you’re on you become free! When my nieces begin jumping on the trampoline I use the momentum and my hands to push me up! The physical activity is great for the body – and you will be surprised how many calories you can actually burn off! ☺
.. and take a look to see who always win.
..yes, you are right.. my hubby.. little bit unfair agains the girls, no??? 🙂
