Everyone desires natural 20/20 vision, but millions of people around the world require glasses or contact lenses to see clearly. Glasses are probably the most common, though. Now, if you’re a part of the unfortunate percentage that need them, you probably have concerns over your appearance.
You see, people often assume that wearing glasses dents your fashion and beauty, especially the younger generation. But, believe me, glasses can really complement your look and obviously aid your vision, which is the most important thing. If you’re prescribed them, make sure you search around for a pair that truly matches your unique style and feel comfortable.
I’m someone that has needed glasses for many, many years. As I’ve got older, the frequency of my checks has increased to ensure that my eyes are healthy and I have the correct glasses. So, on the latest occasion, I chose to book an appointment with Eye Works – an independent optician based in London.
One of the factors that attracted me to them was that they utilise fully modern equipment to guarantee your eyes and vision are well looked after. Of course, as with any eye check, it includes thorough testing to assess absolutely everything. Once my examinations were finished, I was informed that everything was perfectly fine. Phew!
Then I was led to the glasses and sunglasses section of the store, which is my favourite part. Why? Because I get to upgrade my glasses and choose a brand-new style. But, the most exciting thing about the Eye Works glasses is that they manufacture their glass using the latest Transitions lenses.
I selected a pair that suited me best and was amazed when I noticed the colour of the lenses change depending on the lighting. The Transitions lenses are actually available in a variety of different colours to begin with though, which is brilliant. On top of that, the lenses are adaptable to work effectively with both near and far vision.
Not only was I super-impressed with how phenomenal they look, but I also appreciate how beneficial they are when it comes to my vision. It’s fair to say I’m making the most out of them.
In terms of my overall experience with Eye Works, it was a great one. All of the staff – including the optician – were extremely friendly, positive and dealt with me wonderfully. So, if you’re looking to enhance your glasses with Transitions lenses or you’re in need of a quality opticians in London, check out Eye Works.
